By the end of this tutorial, you will be able to integrate your Hubspot and Shopify stores.
Here’s a quick summary of the steps you’ll take to integrate your Hubspot and Shopify accounts:
Find Shopify integration in the App marketplace.
Install and connect your Shopify store.
Log in with your Shopify credentials.
Let’s take a look at these steps in greater detail.
From your Hubspot account, select the Marketplace icon in the navigation bar. Then, click App Marketplace. Once you’re in the App Marketplace, find Shopify integration using the search bar.
After locating Shopify integration in the App Marketplace, select Install app. To connect to your Shopify store, enter its URL and select Connect to Shopify.
Enter your Shopify credentials in the pop-up window, then select Log in. After logging in to your Shopify account, you should receive a message indicating your Hubspot and Shopify have successfully integrated.
Now that your Shopify store is connected to Hubspot, you have the ability to create a dashboard of e-commerce reports. These customizable dashboards allow you to track your chosen reports, such as customer engagement and order tracking. Here’s how you can create an e-commerce dashboard:
In your Hubspot account, select Reports, then Dashboards. From there, click Create dashboard.
Go to E-commerce and select E-commerce template. Then, you can choose which reports to include in your dashboard by checking the boxes next to them. After deciding on the reports, click Next.
Lastly, set the user access for the dashboard and enter the dashboard name. Then, select Create dashboard.

One-way sync is the default selection, but you can activate two-way sync from your Hubspot account through the following steps:
Select the Marketplace icon.
Select Connected apps under Manage.
Select Shopify and click the Contacts tab
