Prasanna Tantri is the Associate Professor of Finance and Executive Director at Center for Analytical Finance (CAF), Indian school of Business. He is an Independent Director and Chair, Audit Committee at Power Finance Corporation. He completed his PhD in Finance at the Deakin University, Fellow Programme in Management (Finance) and Post Graduate Programme in Management (MBA) from the Indian School of Business. His research areas include- banking, financial inclusion, financial contagion, regulation, and the relationship between politics and finance. He published his research in several top tier journals including Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis and Journal of Accounting Research.
