Clunky 1-minute quiz that kept me from finishing for eight days. Still not fixed. Unable to sign up for next course for some reason?

This course feels like it was written by a AI. There are misspelling errors, incorrect info, and one of the test has 10 questions that has to be completed within 1 minute. Not enough time to read everything plus for some reason you've to wait 8 days to try it again. Don't know why this is what a basic entry level 1 IT support has to learn this stuff.

The course has many errors. Many learners have complained about an assessment on module 4 that has 10 questions that you need to answer in 60 seconds, you reach out to support and they do nothing. You message the forum and the same.

This course is great, but the module quiz only have ONE minute for student to answer, it is almost impossible, it is frustrating.

This was full of weird buggy issues. A few examples are 10-question tests with paragraph-long questions that were only a minute long. A bunch of errors where correct answers were tagged as incorrect but displayed the "That's right!" text and explained why the "wrong" answer was right. As a cherry on top, the "learn at your own pace" model is total bull. How can you work at your own pace if only some of the courses are available? How can you advertise that it takes three months when the final course doesn't release until four months after starting the certificate? I paid money expecting to be able to finish this at my own pace, taking a little less than a month, but I guess that isn't as profitable as making people pay for months of an expensive subscription while courses are slowly rolled out. This is disappointing. I recommend looking elsewhere for a professional IT certification.

As another review said this seems like it was written by AI, because all the readings are truly painful to read through and don't teach you alot at all. Not to mention a 60 second 10 question quiz on information that was vaguely talked about and not taught well at all.

It was good down to the "you have 1 minute to do all ten of these questions or wait 8 days to try again"

There were some mistakes in quizzes, and also the material was mostly videos which is not much convenient, readings are better. but overall it was a good course

This course had a lot of technical information to remember. It might be better to make it two courses.
