This is the first of seven courses in the Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Certificate, which will equip you with the skills you need to apply to entry-level roles in these fields. People who work in digital marketing and e-commerce help their organizations attract new customers, engage customers through various digital channels, and drive transactions like purchases and customer loyalty. This felt very useful as an overview/foundational course. The combination of different styles of learning (listening/reading/writing/quizzes) made the entire course feel less static and more engaging.

For me as someone who has no idea or background in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce this foundation course is an eye-opening experience that teaches you what Digital Marketing and E-Commerce is about.

The course was well-designed and informative, but it was too slow-paced. It could have been completed in two weeks, but it was stretched out by the presenters' retentiveness . The presenters' delivery was artificial and not-live. They read the text on the teleprompter verbatim, without any enthusiasm or engagement. This made the course difficult to follow and retain information. Overall, the course was good, but it could have been much better if the presenter had delivered it more effectively.

I think there are many ways you could make this more accessible - i have some dsylexia and audio processing issues and i found the videos rather unhelpful. There could be more visuals and interaction. Also everhthing is on white - can we get some dark backgrounds - alternate fonts. Sometime she'd talk and there would be a slide but the slide was up too quick. It needs to stay on the screen longer while she talking about it. and she needs to review at the end of each video all the slides.

I've acquired a solid grasp of the fundamental principles of Digital Marketing and e-commerce. However, I had anticipated gaining practical experience through hands-on projects, but unfortunately, the course was predominantly theory-based. Nevertheless, I've managed to establish a strong theoretical foundation in Digital Marketing.

This course gives a good understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing. On the other hand, it does not include real problems to teach you through problem-solving. It is more about theory. I believe the next part of the course will be more practical.

i hate giving a low rating and I take responsibility for the misunderstanding. I’ve been an entrepreneur for ten years and wanted a course that was ‘close to the metal’ and this was in my opinion a high level overview.

General knowledge is solid, but specific is too general. Need a deeper explanation and teach the exercises through an on-line demo. I just think an actual qualified teacher might be a better teacher. I'm just sayin ~
