It will cover customer journey mapping, product development concepts, software tools for diagram creation, and the importance of feedback and refinement. Through this course, students will understand how and when to utilize product flow diagrams and the types of diagrams that can be created utilizing online tools and concepts developed internationally and locally. Concepts that can be utilized when developing new products and reviewing old products.
