Inspired by apps like the UK ICO's "Make a Complaint" automation, which streamlines the complaint procedure, and DoNotPay, an AI-powered tool helping consumers negotiate legal concerns, Learn from Clio's Legal Trends Report, which stresses remote legal solutions and services oriented around the client, and from the Plain Language Act of New Zealand, which aims to make government communications understandable and accessible.
