A really appreciable effort by the course instructor. Great communication style and an excellent display of knowledge. I learned a lot being a non marketing professional.

I got more knowledge from this course. Now I have got a Knowledge about Big data, how to know coustomer and how to handel the customers.

I was unable to access several of the videos or articles through Coursera. it was requiring a password to the actual university the course was through. Additionally, the articles were dated 5-10 years old. This was clearly a course that was dusted off the shelve. Having said that, I did enjoy the basics of the lecture.
