About the Course

Machine learning is at the core of artificial intelligence, and many modern applications and services depend on predictive machine learning models. Training a machine learning model is an iterative process that requires time and compute resources. Automated machine learning can help make it easier. In this course, you will learn how to use Azure Machine Learning to create and publish models without writing code. This course will help you prepare for Exam AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals. This is the second course in a five-course program that prepares you to take the AI-900 certification exam. This course teaches you the core concepts and skills that are assessed in the AI fundamentals exam domains. This beginner course is suitable for IT personnel who are just beginning to work with Microsoft Azure and want to learn about Microsoft Azure offerings and get hands-on experience with the product. Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals can be used to prepare for other Azure role-based certifications like Microsoft Azure Data Scientist Associate or Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, but it is not a prerequisite for any of them. This course is intended for candidates with both technical and non-technical backgrounds. Data science and software engineering experience is not required; however, some general programming knowledge or experience would be beneficial. To be successful in this course, you need to have basic computer literacy and proficiency in the English language. You should be familiar with basic computing concepts and terminology, general technology concepts, including concepts of machine learning and artificial intelligence....

To Microsoft/Coursera, Kindly consider creating a sandbox environment for learners to be able to complete all the practical tasks without worrying about incurring charges from having actual Azure subscriptions. It would be great if we are able to complete all the practice sessions without worrying about possible unintentional and non-refundable charges from being required to use an actual Azure subscription account to complete the practice sessions. Thank you!

I found the instructions did not quite match up with the Azure terminology and skipped steps that are critical for successfully setting up real-time inferences. However, I stepped back and then approached the lessons knowing they were deficient and took the time to find the correct path for learning. This required significant patience.

I would have preferred following the practical exercises via video or links to Microsoft videos should have been provided in an additional resources section

lots of content while creating a model pipeline

and deployment are wrong along with code formatter present in the sections from where we take the code to test. I had to manually write the codes in order for deployment to work. Also uploading data

doesn't work like it is guided in the data exploration section. Please correct those contents otherwise

any beginner with zero knowledge on coding can not complete the assignments.

Some instructions do not correspond to the latest version of Azure ML Studio, some code provided for exsersises is incorrect, the assignments are not to challenging and most questions are straitforward. At least you get used to ML studion, cause there is a lot of practice exersises.

All of the exercises are several years out of date, since the Azure ML UI has changed considerably. This means that for the exercises, you will spend your time confused and frustrated while reading the instructions and trying to figure out what the equivalent action is in the current version of ML Studio. I gave up after the second or third exercise because it just wasn't worth the time or frustration. With a service that changes as often as AMLS, I expect better from Microsoft with regard to timely updates to course content. There is a shocking lack of quality and care put into keeping this course current.

I am VERY DISAPOINTED because you are offering a lot of videos but none of it is a real hands on tutorial on the azure platform. For such a big company, I would appreciate to see how well your team uses the platform.

The course is not updated. Azure portal Layout is different from the course perspective. This needs to be updated as soon as possible.
