This is a very useful and informative course for me, especially in my line of work in research and public administration. I hope more people could take this course and appreciate the process of understanding and perhaps changing social norms.

The alternating between videos and text kept me interested in the course. In my experience, I have had very little to learn from online courses, but I learned new concepts in this course. I am definitely going to do the second parts as well.

A social norms approach to trade calls for identifying behaviors you would love a group of people to undertake, at the same time as increasing perceptions of that conduct as something individuals in their group do or are starting to do.

This is a good course that gives one an in debt knowledge of societal norms, community reactions to the norms and how they can be evaluated and the bad norms can be eradicated. i am very impressed and hope to continue when time permits

Great course, learned a lot about analysing social norms and how the different sides of social norms. The perspectives from the field were also very interesting and informative. Also the lecturer was very articulate and a great speaker.

Very good! Easy to follow, thanks to the great lecturer Mrs. Bicchieri, but very rich and comprehensive in content. One is able to learn very much, and so this is very helpfull for anyone who might need this area of studies for work.

It is a great course which very well explains theory of social norms and applications to situations relevant to children's rights. I highly recommend it for people who design interventoins that attempt to change collective behavior.

Cristina makes difficult concepts such as randomised response approach to limiting social desirability bias easy. Very easy to navigate, and the Android App is efficient and effective. Lots of new learning too, no recycled content
