Certificate unable to Process despite showing Your ID is verified in the pop up window

the videos are well explained, but the labs contain details that are poorly explained

Not a good course. I'd scrap it and try something anew more like the chatbot courses.

Very Simple. Not explaining Enough Concepts. I did not understand concept quitely.
