I enjoyed taking this course. It was a great introduction to the IT support industry. Even though I was familiar with many aspects such as hardware, I learned many new information and concepts.

Great introductory class to introduce someone into the IT field. Includes history, basic information, and some information about interviewing for the position when they come along with Resume.

Concise and to the point, the videos and tasks being broken up into single smaller task made it easier to not get overwhelmed by the workload. Lots of important information I'm glad I now know.

I improved my technical knowledge in different areas of technology, I understood the best customer service practices, I acquired skills to create my resume and new ways to face a job interview.

This is a very user friendly course. The instructors went at a good pace and I was able to learn a lot! I really like online courses, it allows me to pause when needed or go back when needed.

This course changed my way of approaching situations, after taking this course, I now think from a customers point of view and try to be calm in tough situations. Thank you Google and Coursera.

Great online training material and videos and test and labs all together was very helpful and exciting to keep me excited and up bit about learning and continuing to move forward in the course.

Course 1 was very helpful in laying out the foundation of the program and the fundamentals of IT. I suggest adding more visuals into lessons. Each of the presenters have done a wonderful job.
