Not only was this course informative but it keeps the learner engaged and keeps things simple so that you can understand, better than a your average textbook course by far.

Overall course experience, Skills and knowledge about world of IT after finishing Technical Support Fundamentals course. It is a great feeling. I'm motivated to learn more.

Very clear an easy to understand. Some of the content in Week 2 had too many analogies. I think being more straight forward would've been more beneficial for those lessons.

THE COURSE IS EXPLANATORY AND SO BEGINNER FRIENDLY. THE INSTRUCTORS ARE EXCELLENT IN BREAKING DOWN THE BIG TERMS AND USING REAL LIFE SCENARIOS TO DESCRIBE TECHNICAL ISSUES.
