Excellent entry level course! Presentations are engaging and easy to understand. Presenters are obviously passionate about the materials and concepts they are discussing.

I have learnt the basics of an IT support in this course .It is one of the best course for an IT student.I wanna thank all the guiders who guided us throughout this course.

Great course to start off with in the Google IT Support track. It's modules are concise and provide a good foundational knowledge to prepare for the courses that follow it.

The overall course was excellent. However, can you have an option of making the glossary terminology sorted by their corresponding categories instead of in alphabet order.
