This was a great way to get a taste of what an IT role has to offer. What's crazy is that this is only the tip of the iceberg! The supplemental readings help provide a deeper view into certain topics. The biggest surprise was the last video. It was only 12 seconds long, but it was very emotionally impactful for me. I never thought I could do this, but now I feel like this kind of work is possible. Thank you!

There was quite a lot to learn from this Entry level IT course, I wanted to expand my thoughts upon this field and you guys delivered it pretty well. I was quite nervous coming into this course with beginner level knowledge thinking i wasn't gonna be able to learn anything but from the looks of it, it wasn't bad at all. I am totally looking forward to more courses or lessons like these in the coming of my future!

I took up this course only because I knew it was offered by Google. And I wasn't disappointed! It's only a beginner course, but it contains a ton of information, all presented in a simple and friendly way. It was so friendly that I never really had a feeling that I was attending a class. Also, the success stories of the instructors were really motivating. I hope Google offers more courses like this in the future.

It was a great course. I really enjoyed watching and learning all the topics in this course. Most of the topics were new to me, so it gave me a kind of curiosity of how it actually happening and in fact after seeing hardware course I just ripped of my old pc. The most interesting part was the interview section. The mock interview gave me a good idea about what to expect from an interviewer and how to impress him.

This course is an excellent resource for reviewing basic IT knowledge and gaining a foundational understanding of the field. It is well-suited for those who may be new to IT or lacking in prior knowledge, as the course covers a wide range of basic concepts. By completing this course, you can expect to gain a solid grasp of the fundamentals of IT and be well-prepared for further study or exploration in the field.

Definitely worth taking this course as either a starting point in your IT career or just for fun. It's interesting to know what some of hardware inside your computer is and it's fun to know how you can build a computer from the ground up. I recommend this course for anyone and everyone. It can get a little frustrating for the first 15-20 seconds of the video showing you where you are, but that is easily skipped.

The videos were excellent.

I really like that close captioning was available so you see the words that are being said.

I'm more of a visual learner and I grasp all of the content easier when I can see what is being said.

The only con that I really have is that on maybe 3 or 4 videos when starting the next video it would almost go past that video by trying to start the video at the end instead of the beginning.

I am very happy and excited about all the content provided, it was very easy to understand.

What I liked the most was the customer service part, because it is really necessary in this type of role, I will recommend this course to my colleagues.

I have learned new things and also feel more confident in my current job, I will definitely continue with the other courses to achieve the Google IT Specialist certificate.

This course is fantastic! There is a lot of information here and it is presented in a way that opens doors to more research and hopefully for the rest of this course. My only qualm is on the videos, I hit start, then have to hit play again to actually start. That just seems repetitive. Other than that, the information was presented in a way that kept me going, the quizzes and testing material was formed well. A+

Great course for beginners and those with some experience. What a great opportunity for us to learn this content from the leading information technology company. I think we all anticipate having a credential from a program created by Google will lead to opportunity. Continue to supplement your learning with independent study to dive deeper. I must admit it was challenging and definitely confusing at times but hey I was able to do it. Unfortunately it took me a while to get a grasp of things but overall I accomplished it. Thank you to everyone all the instructors and whoever else was involved. The material was super helpful and would do it again. This course is a very good one for everyone who is thinking that IT is not for them,but uses a computer everyday for Facebook or other Social Media Platforms. You would be surprize to know how much in Information Technology you are doing on a daily basis. This course has the best Instructors that gently guides you to understanding that which is being imparted. this course is a Blessing to all participants.

The Technical Support Fundamentals training course is very amazing! The materials are easy to access, the videos and reading supplements are informative, but yet, incite a sense of curiosity. The education is easy to master, due to the nature of it being easy to understand. I liked the idea that I was able to "Try Again" if I received a score on an exam that I was not happy with. Thank you! It was a pleasure!

Let me begin by saying that before i began this course i was at a zero with the general understanding of how a computer communicated with other parts of itself to actually be a computer. i feel more confident after taking this course. i decided to continue furthering my education through coursera. We are all going through a difficult time and "Google" has made it just a little easier.

I feel this course has given me a strong foundation for IT with a solid footing to grow. The Google Technical Support Fundamentals is an awesome program. You are taught the basic fundamentals of computing. The course provided you with video presentation and step-by-step instructions on all the principles of computer. Your job is to devote a minimum of 10 hours a week on learning these principle and you have an opportunity to go very far in the IT industry. The program in my opinion was excellent.

This course has been amazing to me, I went from having no knowledge about a single component within a PC to knowing the basics of software and operating systems, as well as being able to put together a PC. I am very grateful I made the choice to join this course, I am proud to take a part in it and I am confident this course has given me the opportunity I never would have imagined into the world of IT support.

This online course was fun and interactive! I thought I'd get lost/stuck with the information, but it was spoken in terms that everyone can understand. I never thought I'd see the day where I could live out my dreams of becoming an IT person, without going to an actual college classroom for YEARS and getting the degree. This certfication program is wonderful and I hope it sticks around for many years to come!

I am more than thankful and grateful for this course because it has inspired me to achieve my goals and place a check mark on the things that I need to learn and look forward too. the course was taxing. I had zero knowledge of computers hardware or software before taking this course, I put in a lot of hours reading searching other sites as well as going over the supplemental readings. the labs could have been a little more informative or maybe some type of computer knowledge pre quiz to assess individuals computer knowledge. over all i'm very excited concerning future possibilities.

This course is brilliant just because it delivers every concept so easily in the simplest possible manner. My favorite part in the whole course is the way the teachers address us as if we are already IT support specialists, I brighten up the moment I hear"...as an IT support specialist..." because it is so MOTIVATING. I love it! This course is for anyone who wants to have a clear idea about anything computer.

I viewed this technical Support Fundamental course lectures. This lectures was too good and easy to understand the content but one problem is occur that I am not able to purchase this course because I can't afford this much amount to pay for this course because my financial condition is not good I need financial aid to explore this course and develop my skills in IT industry.
