I loved how useful all of the information in this course was. I love how much the instructors really seemed to be so in love with their careers. Its the most fun I've had learning in a very long time.

Excellent introduction to the different areas of knowledge necessary for becoming an IT Support specialist. I had user-level knowledge, but lacked a structured background. This was a great way to find out what I need to know. I'm looking forward to taking further, more in-depth courses.

This course serves as the basic fundamentals of the whole course. Fairly basic stuff, easy to get a handle of, and does a good job setting up or helping you decide if the later courses are for you.
Overall, very excited to continue to the more detailed courses after completing this one.

Having been in technical support in the past I can say that this training, while short, can really bring someone up to speed quickly. This course alone should be the training for most support positions or used in conjunction with already created in house materials to reinforce training.

I absolutely loved this course. It helped me review things about technology that I already knew while opening new knowledge to me, like counting in binary. I also loved the labs; they were an incredibly creative way of testing us and giving us practical experience all in the same move.

I didn't expect to learn so much in an online course. This was put together very well. It challenges you to really study and explore all the different ways of learning; watching videos, reading, assessments, and writing your own thoughts along the process. I can't wait to explore more!

The title says Fundamentals, but it has a lot of cool details inside, even for some experienced professionals. Highly recommend this course. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and nice in the way they teach. Exercises are engaging and support learning. Very well crafted course.

This was an amazing course. I won't lie, I learned many of the things that I was taught in my secondary school, but I never knew how applicable they were to problem-solving. I learned the essence of customer service and how the technical skill offered in this course is applicable here.

Great fundamentals course! Really simple concepts here that didn't take too long to learn, if I didn't already know them. Not trying to knock the course - it's a terrific course for those new to the field, and was a great refresher course on most things, and I did actually learn stuff!

The course should include intructions for those students using MacBooks. I have been stuck on quicklabs for days and cant move forward. Tried all the troubleshooting options given from support team and still go to next step. It is fustrating because it is affecting my completion time.

It is really fundamentals. Very basic that tech person should already known. So do not expect much from this course. However if you are not tech person, this will help you a lot to understanding fundamental of tech support. So I think it great for some but just a casual time for most.

This course helped me acquire the basic activities that an IT helper does, including writing instructions and non-standard approach to problems, as well as basic computer knowledge. I really enjoyed the topics about working on Linux devices, but could tell a little more about the GUI
