This course was simple, yet powerfully effective. It is a great basis for anyone wanting to learn more about IT or has an interest in a career in IT. Easy to follow content, hands-on labs, quizzes, and videos made learning a breeze.

This was a fantastic introductory course. I had a job lined up which will offer me the training I need to be successful, but during my transition period (from IT Recruitment to IT Support) I wanted to assist my skills as best I can.

This is really great experience for me, i loved to learn in this way i have done these topics at college but not in this way, firstly i learnt many new words, and secondly the style of instructors are very motivated and interesting.

After taking this course, I felt like I have taken one of the best decisions of my life. This course consists of a bundle of information. Now, I am looking forward to completing the remaining 4 courses.

Very good course; Much less time required than 6 weeks to review the material. I grew up with a father who built and repaired computers, so a lot of this came fairly naturally to me, which helped me feel excited about the materials.

Over the course of the course, I have learned about the fundamentals of software and hardware, operating systems, networking, security, troubleshooting, and non-technical topics such as customer service and job interview techniques.

I really feel this course provided the foundation for building toward a career in IT. I imagine by the time i finish the entire thing, i will be ready to move on to the A+ and other certifications that are in demand in the industry.

The Technical Support Fundamentals course filled in some knowledge gaps I had in the IT field. I am looking forward to the other five modules, currently on week three of Bits and Byte of Networking. Thank you again for the course.

great introduction to the 5 course class. This was a great starter course to lay the groundwork for the upcoming technical information in the later courses, as well as the vocabulary I will need to understand and communicate with.
