It was very rewarding. All the basics are taught well in short videos and it was very easy to understand. There are even notes that can be taken from the video so that that you can refer in case you missed what they were saying.

This was a great introduction to tech support course. I've been self-studying for a year. This course help me plug in some areas I missed or didn't fully understand. I enjoyed it and now making it a requirement for my teenagers.

easy instructions and concise videos to highlight important aspects of the fundamentals. Also the instructors are great at making sure we don't feel overwhelmed and if we do, they reassure us that it's OK and it will get better.

Its so far being interpret very nicely and made the viewer(me) more interested in a subject i never thought i would have interest in. I am beginning to love computers and their parts and all the amazing things a computer can do.
