It's a great course to take for job seekers looking for an entry-level of IT support role. Very comprehensive, detailed and a great resource to prep you for the real IT world as it offers hands-on tasks via lab activities.

The course is excellent, addresses the content in a didactic and concise way. It's definitely not a monotonous course, the content is interactive with forums in each module and has hands-on exercises using virtual machines.

A very good overview of IT and the different facets. I got enough information to feel like I am learning stuff but not so much where I felt overwhelmed. I am pumped to keep going in the program and see how much I can learn!

It has been amazing gaining these knowledge and skills to add to what I know already in Technical Support. I really enjoy all the session especially the hands on. All thanks to Coursera. You have made learning easier for us

An excellent introduction to all fundamentals aspects that are covered in the IT Support field; the course is up-to-date and gives a positive insight into what it means to enter this field. I would recommend it to anyone!!!

This is a great course to learn the IT related stuff. The labs are great tools to play with the resources and solve problems as you are in the real life. I am happy with the course and thanks to Google for all the contents.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time learning the basics of IT Technical Support with Google. I recommend this to anyone interested in learning about the fundamentals of IT but would like to do it at their own speed. 5/5 recommend!

Loved this! The learning is interesting, challenging and I love the pace yourself format. All the teachers are great and Labs are so much fun. I learned things I have always wanted to know but didn't think I could learn.

It was a really great refresher for some things I already knew, and a little challenging for the "Networking" portion because I am not too comfortable with Networking. I look forward to continuing onto my Course 2 and more.

Very good course. I work as operations manager and manage customer support centre so I decided to look into this course to see if there is anything I should improve in my team. I really love the way the course is presented.

Overall, the course was instructional and informative while remaining easy to follow. There were nuggets of information seemingly at every turn and this left me encouraged and excited to move forward with the next courses.

I enjoyed this course and looking forward to learn more. It was very interactive and relevant so there wasn't a dull moment and the real life scenarios of how the tutors started in the IT field was very motivating for me.

Really helped me get a solid foundation on a lot of IT fundamentals. Instructions were clear and concise when they needed to be and detailed when further explanation was required. Instructors were friendly and professional

Very user-friendly with a simplicity to understand the content provided in smaller bites so it is easier to digest. Also, the instructors are engaging, making you look forward to seeing each of them again in later modules.

Starting is difficult but once you find your inner motivation, you can ride that wave and reach your goals.
