I learned so many things from this course. Things that were in plain sight that you didn't realize they're so important; and also further indicated by science. All the additional videos outside of the class were also so entertaining and educational. Im glad I took this course. Thank you all.

Exactly what a good course should look like. First, we got information basis, which really satisfied me for I am that kind of person who wants scholar background, and the, we were about to experiment with what we'd learned on ourselves.
Plus, the humbleness of the lecturer is a remarkable thing.

This course could not have occurred at a more appropriate time. Self isolation can cause so many negative emotions. Concentrating on well being was a welcomed experience. The professor and the course materials were engaging and interesting. I have recommended this course to several friends

The course actually taught what a true well being is and where it lies in our lives and how our expectations in life are so overly exaggerated and how we can try and bring them to what real life has to offer.

This is the most inspirational class that I’ve ever taken. I have learned that although the world may not be seen as it really is, through mindfulness meditation and living out of my comfort zone the world is much more beautiful than I ever deemed possible. Please take this class it’s sublime!

This course was incredibly interesting and insightful. I am actually sad that it is over! I have already begun implementing some of these strategies/habits into my daily life and look forward to being a happier, healthier person. Additionally, I am eager to share what I've learned with others!

This course was really a great step to improving your wellbeing. Very informational. But of course, in order to get the full experience, you will really have to participate in the rewirements and be willing to commit to changing habits to improve your personal happiness. Overall, great course!

Muy interesante saber lo que la ciencia tiene que decir acerca de la felicidad. La felicidad no es sencilla de alcanzar, pero sí se puede trabajar cada día para conseguirla. El curso te brinda herramientas para lograrlo y sobre todo entenderlo.

This is a wonderful course to learn about the science of well-being. I found it interesting to learn the things that we think will make us happier, but do not. Everyone should take this course. There is not a lot of work and it would be easy for people (even extremely busy people) to complete.

This is an excellent course. The professor explains psychological concepts well, and I have been able to directly apply these concepts to my own life. The rewirement assignment at the end was beneficial to put theory into practice and to demonstrate that increasing your well-being is feasible.

This course is worth every minute you spend on it. The best part is that the time listening to course and reading is separate from the time doing the things that make you happy! Who wouldn't love a course where the homework is to do strategies that will bring your life greater meaning and joy.

It was a beautiful experience ! Walking behind the scenes of what we usually see from outside was very helpful to learn new way to change or improve our own habits and how difficult it can be. There are so many ways to do it and probably more to discover. Thank you for organising this course !

This is an excellent course to increase well-being. It helped me to understand why material things do not contribute to ones happiness in the way one often expect them to, however material things can enhance ones life as long as there are other often over-looked elements of behaviour in place.

Tons of research to back up this course. Laurie Santos does a great job presenting the course in a way that makes it accessible to anyone. I found myself talking about what I was learning to my friends and colleagues. Just a great way to make you a better person an appreciate what you have.

one of the best courses that I have invested my time in . The results were evident within the first one week of practise . I think courses like these should be made mandatory in schools so that children inculcate these good habit early on in life itself to experience and live a enriched life .
