Not practical at all, just about theoretical terms. In my opinion it is quite dull.

VERY basic concepts. You could learn a lot more from watching a few youtube videos.

Extremely basic delivery with bland quiz material. An easy A.

Good theoretical for beginners and nothing much.

Wish it had more hands on type lessons.

Boring, very scholar.

Certificate issues

Hey! tl;dr, I want to say that education (Basic information but Outdated like 2013-2014 with language which goes Over the top) is free but you need to earn the certificate by paying extra.. In Long paragraph: I've enrolled this course 4 months ago because it has written that it is a free course.. today i've thought of completing that course because this course was overdue by me.. and i don't wanted to interfere this with my Google UX course... This course is for those who has a little bit of idea about the UX Design and don't want to earn certificate.. Although i've gained a bit but there is no practical theory.. there is no proper explanation and even the examples are really basic.. In the lure of certificate when i've completed the course, i've got to know that i need to pay INR. 2500 for the certificate from coursera.. and i have to pay almost INR 4500 for Georgia Tech Badge... I've wasted my 1 day.. it was better for me to continue the google course...

I really appreciate that this course was free. I don't understand why it has 4.5/5 stars other than this is your first time with a design teacher ever. This class should be redone with consideration of what it covers and utilize this knowledge to create proper UX intuitive design.

Keep searching and find other classes. This mostly teaches you what NOT to do.

You can speed up the videos 1.75x times to make this feel bareable.

This is a waste of time due to the totally "un user friendly" assessment style. I have tried the week 2 assessment twice and because it is not 80% (79.3!!) I have to take the WHOLE assessment again. I do not know the connection with the wrong question and the respective video. SO in essence I have redo the whole thing. If you can not design a user friendly course, how will you teach me UI?

Poorly made class. Quizzes pop up almost every minute interrupting the flow and quizzes are broken and dont have anything written in them. The material itself also feels like it was written in the 80's where no one knew what "user" meant.

This course by no means is for beginners. Its wordy and complicated delivery is annoying and hard to understand. I often had to read sentences many times in order to understand the meaning. I do not recommend it.

If this course had the same number of live examples on each part as the number of the unnecessary complex terms used to describe absolute simple words; Life would've been a lot easier.
