Good beginner course that touches on key programming paradigms including testing. However, there's a serious problem with the autograder that is frustrating and leads to wasting at least 1 hour per exercise. Plus some of the exercises are not defined the right way.

overall good course with a clear structure, good explanations of different topics and lots of helpful references. Would have rated 5 stars if it weren't for the odd mistake in quizzes or coding exercises, which make it (almost) impossible to pass on the first try

The course is really good for those who has some experience in other programming languages and It might be difficult for beginners.

The videos are concise and to the point, saves a lot of time. The programming exercises are also great, providing adequate practise.

There's a lot of content and value in this course. Would be nice to have more practice. Also, some of the tests answers are written in a way that makes it harder to know the answer. Beside all that it's a good introduction and many many things to keep learning.

Javascript is hard, and getting harder. . . The module practice is not enough, it is recommended to use additional reading materials for practice. Until you truly understand the foundation of Javascript then you can think about joining the next module.

Good course They had started with basics and moved to adanced concepts too but it doesnt stops only with completing course we need to practise in depth to master javascript anyways thanks for meta organisation for getting an valuable certificate🎓

There are a few errors here and there that still need to be addressed and ironed out. There are also some spelling errors in the transcripts of the videos too. While a good course, it could be much better with some of these problems addressed.

The course is overall good and a success. But needs more elaboration and explanation on certain core topics. For being one of the longest parts of the Professional Certificate, I do believe the material should have been a bit more digestible.

Overall this was great course.However, there was not much information available on JavaScript's DOM manipulation. Adding few lectures on JavaScript's DOM is not enough. Rather, whole comprehensible section should be available for DOM

This course is good for learning JavaScript more theoretical and more precise way. It is overall good, and a lot of topics covered by it. So, to keep learning all the topics one should revise its all reading material and many things.

Overall, this was a good course. It was jam-packed with a lot of information. I appreciated this about the course, however, I wish there were more assignments/practice assignments so you could get more familiar with the concepts.

This course built solid, fundamental knowledge to get started working with JavaScript. The quality was great for the first three weeks, but there were noticeable errors and glitches in the final two weeks, hence 4 stars.

It's a very good course, it covers many fundamental concepts in javascript programming: variables, loops, conditions, structures, objects and prototype, class, etc. Just, I hope if the part of testing goes more in depth.

No async and promise at all. The assignment's unit tests are strict on output string and not focusing on actual logic instead. It is a good beginner training for those who has no former education in programming at all

Assignment grading needs some flexibilty as there can be multiple solutions to a problem. Even when code outputs the correct results your code has to be exactly the same as grading system otherwise it's marked as fail.

Lessons have a good structure and all the examples describet very understandable, but in some labs there are not clearly understandable requirements and some quises have bugs in the answers which can be very annoying

I had a difficult time understanding what the assignments were expecting and going over some of the discussions, others seem to feel the same. Regardless, this was a great quick overview of JS.

The course itself is great the grading system to terrible though, code I know is valid is causing test to fail. IMO it teaches people there is only one way to implement something. overall a good course though

Very nice course. I thought how many stars should I give for it: 5 or 4. And decide that if there were more practical tasks I would give strong 5, but without them 5 is weak but as 4 this mark is very strong

Although the course was good to understand the advance Javascript but when it comes to programming assignments, I feel difficulties because the grading system is not good enough. Hope it will be improved

Overall this course touched a lot of great concepts. I feel that there could be more assignments along the way to really drive the point home. Also this course needs to be updated to es6.

Structure of content is good, and it teaches key concepts. But sometimes the tasks are hard to understand and they introduce concepts that weren't taught well which can be confusing.

Fantastic description and deep insight.

Too bad some of the content is either in the wrong order making it difficult to follow or just wrong... the automatic tests also need fixing..

A really good course overall, although I have noticed errors in some of the code examples. Not sure if that was deliberate to make you research why.

That said, I've learned a lot.
