In this module, we will dive into a variety of objectives related to Domain 1: Project management concepts. First, we will explain the basic characteristics of a project and various methodologies and frameworks used in IT projects and compare and contrast Agile vs. Waterfall concepts. Then we will cover what to do when given a scenario, how to apply the change control process throughout the project life cycle, perform risk management and issue management activities, and apply schedule development and management activities and techniques, apply effective meeting management techniques and perform basic activities related to team and resource management. Next, we will compare and contrast quality management concepts and performance management concepts and communication management concepts. Finally, we will explain important project procurement and vendor selection concepts.
