The most difficult course in the IBM full stack developer specialization, but one of the most valuable. Take your time with it and learn everything, and remember why you started in the first place.

It is really best for basic or to clear foundation in backend with node. If someone is learning nodeJS as a beginner you need to have this course!!

Great course content. Well designed for beginners to understand basic concepts. Some practical exercises could be more helpful, especially Promise and Axioz. I only got a little idea of that concepts. Anyhow, it is an excellent start for beginners.

I liked the final laboratory, it was a challenge for me, but many things were not as clear to me as the authentication code. Maybe adding small practices could be the best thing to consolidate the topics, suddenly I felt a lot of theory.

Topics covered were comprehensive and insightful. Final project could be made better (how about a crud api from scratch?). Also liked that it talked about best practices, just wish there were examples too. Thanks IBM and Coursera!

Super good for someone even with a very little knowledge on backend and node in general but if one doesn't go through the reading materials, things might get tough. Nevertheless the guided project were superb!

Everbody saying peer grading is not legit but in my view it is best way to become programmer. Getting practice of viewing others code is most valuable knowledge for becoming top programmer.

Most of the course is very good. But some parts contain errors or inconsistencies between description of the task and the required code. There are also some errors in the code.

Excellent course to fully understand how to build express & nodejs servers. The only bad thing is that the url to test your server on the final project did not work for me...

It was great learning experience. But the content can be improved more advanced concepts and be added. So that one can directly apply for jobs after completing the course.

It was a great journey overall, few things were needed like more explanation and codelabs for middlewares (custom).

Good course, some bits are not so clear however the Tutors answer any questions so it's not a show stopper

It needs more actual hands-on practices and give clearer instructions in the final project.

The knowledge acquired in the previous courses in the IBM Full stack developer certificate are not enough to understand this course, however with the help of chat GPT it is possible to understand all the necessary information. However if I do not have previous experience with node.js it takes a lot more time than advertised.

Pacing of the course needs alot of work. Most weeks crammed too much information into it. Without outside resources, I do not believe I would have learned the concepts taught in this course.
