There were some concepts that could have used some hands on tasks. Some things gone into were, in my opinion a little beyond an aPHR level.

I found this course to be very beneficial and knowledgable and as a refresher. Understanding the theory coupled with my experience helps me to be further guided by the HR princples and concepts.
