“Fundamental Rights Impact Assessment for GenAI projects” is a course that equips you with the skills to navigate the intersection between innovation and our intrinsic rights to privacy, freedom, and equality. By the end of the course, you will explore FRIAs’ critical role in achieving the trustworthiness of GenAI systems, analyze factors necessitating FRIAs, and gain practical experience in conducting FRIAs for evaluating AI system ethical and legal compliance. Immersing in this course is valuable in enabling you to assess the risks of third-party and in-house Generative AI systems, ensure compliance with AI regulations as fundamental rights law, and gain confidence in the use of AI for business purposes. Success in this course requires you to have a foundational understanding of data protection and information security as well as a basic grasp of GenAI functionality and awareness of challenges such as bias and hallucination.
