About the Course

In Markets and Security, students will learn about markets (Transportation, Agriculture and more), platforms (IBM Watson Cloud services for example), software and services, networking basics, wireless communications protocols and a thorough introduction to computer security. This course can be taken for academic credit as part of CU Boulder’s Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MS-EE) degree offered on the Coursera platform. The degree offers targeted courses, short 8-week sessions, and pay-as-you-go tuition. Admission is based on performance in three preliminary courses, not academic history. CU degrees on Coursera are ideal for recent graduates or working professionals. Learn more: MS in Electrical Engineering: https://www.coursera.org/degrees/msee-boulder...

This course is comprehensive, covering both theoretical and hands-on experience with security. I personally enjoyed the hands-on assignment on cryptography

I do not agree when a prestigious institution uses the recordings of a conference as a course, specifically for IoT I did not like it. However, in the case of Tableu I think it was excellent.

Los videos me parecen de baja calidad, con mucho ruido de fondo y algunas presentaciones no estan actualizadas, con temas ya viejos,

This course is badly outdated. Even the foundational information in there is most likely covered in a better way in another course. I wasted hours taking this course in hopes to actually learn something. This course should be retired completely.

slides full of text that the teacher reads. whenever he speaks without the slide, he talks in confusing sentences. Exams are locked too - so you have to follow the pace he decides, whcih is painfully slow.

Actually, according to the standards of intermediate courses, it is worthless.
