Really basic, and easily to understand. For people to speak other language not english, the teacher speak really really clear and slow, so that I can understand perfectly his english.

Well explained introduction to Scrum with a lot of useful graphics/visualizations. It was easy to follow and keep encouraged. The quizzes were a good review for understanding.
