I've been taking quite a few courses lately and so far this one has been the most informative by far but the presentation and audio quality could use some work. By "some" work, I mean alot. Great course overall though

Excellent intro to Cybersecurity. Great content.
Audio quality should be improved.
References are from 2018 so you'll need to try to find more updated versions of certain documents if you want to learn the latest data.

This course is very educational and I have learned many things about cybersecurity. The instructors are all great and well informed. The only problem is the audio, I hope they could use better microphones next time.

Es un buen curso, con muy buen informacion, pero la calidad de los videos y las presentacion de las diapositivas en muchos casos, parece un poco improvisada, pero el contenido, la informacion del curso es valiosa.

The tutors are not audible when giving out the knowledge, please they should pay attention to their voice, also this course is outdated, since 2018, is four years already, please coursea should update this course.

Hi
It was a very useful course with very practical and pragmatic learning. It lost a star for the poor quality of the sound in some videos and some of the links taking me to a 404 page. Otherwise a very good course.

Overall a great course, however there were times when the information was hard to grasp because of the presenter's accent. Also some videos contained a lot of background noise which contributed to this issue.

Great course! Lots of information to point you in the right direction. 4 stars because sometimes the audio is hard to understand and the transcript does understand it. Other than that the information is good.

Very good course and easy to understand despite low audio quality in some of the videos. the slides are self explanatory. i recommend for anyone interested in the general business of securing our cyber space.

The information was very helpful, I learned a lot! There were some videos that I struggled to understand the lecturer and the subtitles were not accurate. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Overall the course was very thorough and well organized. Within some of the modules you might have a bit of difficulty understanding the presenter however thankfully the captions are available and a script.

The audio quality was low in some of the courses, hence 4 stars. However, the instruction quality (with respect to an introductory course) was high. This is only to be expected as the content is from IBM.

Good introduction to cybersecurity. Too much theory at some point. The key problem is that some recordings are really bad quality. Others, like Kenneth Gonzalez ones, were very good and easy to learn from.

Overall, the instructors were good and the content was very much informative mainly for beginners but I think they should have taught us about how to use a specific tool which they discussed in the course.

The course offered a wealth of information about cybersecurity. The one problem was that sometimes the speakers and the text did not match up. Other than that it was an informative and enjoyable course.

Some of the topics seemed to have an audio issue making it difficult to hear and to understand. Easier access to the transcript would be helpful. Overall this course was a good introductory experience.

Good introduction course. Some slides and videos were a bit messy but overall it was really helpful. They provide you a lot of helpful resources that are perfect for someone starting out in this field.

Great introductory course. The mobile app makes it easy to learn on the go at your own pace. Some of the audio is a bit patchy at times, but the ability to review the transcript helps make up for it.

The level of difficulty is just right with a lot of foundational information needed for a cybersecurity career start. Some of the online instructors were not audible enough during their presentations.

This is a very good cause. My problem is video transcripts, they have lots of mistakes. If you can improve that I would give it 5 stars. I am very grateful for the bursary that I received. Thank you.

Great information, useful knowledge , I just have one thing to say otherwise, to chek out the grammar. I do better learning by reading instead of listening and that was a little bit of a distraction.
