learnt new things is like Leadership is about influencing others to reach established goals. As such, it’s one of the most critical roles in any company. Leadership maintains the vision, values, culture, objectives, and standards for the company, and when leadership is in doubt, the company is in trouble.

The lessons are very clear and the style of giving lectures are perfect. thanks M. Thompson. you're the best one. I suggest to all the peers to take the courses seriously with much attention. Without a doubt, a very useful training to develop negotiation and management techniques. The teacher who leads the course, Leigh Thompson, is fantastic. Her classes are clear and direct, very well focused and each topic illustrated with examples and slides. 100% recommendable!

The course is nice with practical tips along the way. Though the assignments could have been more challenging and that goes for the quizes too. Tough assignments would allow you to remember the course content over a longer period of time but nonetheless, an excellent course.

I've always wanted to be a leader, but I didn't know how to develop the necessary skills. This course gave me countless teachings and tools I can use to become one, but also a better team player and negotiator. I'd recommend this to anyone who is interested in these topics.
