It is an excellent course to apply statistic, probability and python methods in financial modelling. I would like that each section had resources to study statistics concepts related to the videos.

Very useful introductury course into both python and statistic analysis wich allows you to create a simple trading strategy. It serves as a great first step but there is a long way to go still.

Too difficult to beginner

The first half of the course is pretty good. Unfortunately, there are a few errors that the instructor has stated using pop-ups in the middle of the video, they are not going to fix. Worse yet, the quizzes reference pages that no longer exist. It is difficult to answer a question when the question refers to a non-existing page.

Should be better explained. Could not get past the first few lines in the practical. Looked at the discussion board and people were saying it was because the course is outdated and the code he explained might not even work with the version we were using

1- the language spoken is not clear (I had t oread the subtitles more than listening which was a horrible experience)
2- the labs are bot built in the right way, lots of errors and lots of data changes that effected the application of the commands

The guy teaching this course is barely understandable (it is clear English isn't his first language) and the entire course is riddled with spelling and grammatical errors

The explanations are not very clear. Concepts in Module 3 and 4 need to be explained with a lot more detail. A lot of the important ideas seem to have been skimmed over.

Horribly worded questions. Difficult to understand the lecturer. Week 1 was good to practice python. Week 2 was awful.

The code examples and quizzes have not been properly reviewed and there were multiple mistakes in them.

codes are not updated to python 3. Also little opportunity to apply codes in IDLE/Anacdona yourself.
