In "Generative Leadership: Inspiring Adaptability in the AI World," you will learn how to adopt a generative leader mindset in the fast-changing world of AI-driven change. Throughout the course, you will learn about generative leadership: a form of leading that creates unique, resourceful environments where employees thrive as they embrace challenge and change. You’ll also explore the principles of generative leadership and see how they are used in real-world organizations. Based on these principles, you’ll be challenged to identify ways you can put them into practice in your organization or workplace, allowing you to think deeply about your role as a generative leader. By gaining an understanding of generative leadership and using it to create greater flexibility in your work, you’ll be better prepared to stand out as a leader and provide a space that allows people to flourish during change.

In this module we will think together about what we mean by a thriving organization and define the role of generative leaders in helping to create the conditions for excellent work that simultaneously supports human wellbeing. You’ll learn how to think about leaders at all levels of an organization and what makes them generative.
