This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

easy to understand, challenging to do. A course that let you to be in charge of your improvements. Also the lecture's part were enjoyable and videos well made that make you regret not being here with the professor personally

It's an exceptionally good course because it has the right mix of scientific evidence (incl. literatur references) and practical excercise to build good habits. This goes beyond knowing and towards really changing yourself.

Excellent, highly recommend. The lectures are interesting, the reading materials insightful. and most of all, the exercises are useful. This is a very proactive and interactive course yet manageable within a busy schedule.
