This is one great course that helped me a lot in the journey of understanding myself.

I hope the Q&A sections' voices from the students could be invested in further for raising the overall experience of the course.

Really interesting to learn about the theory of what makes us happy, as well as, behaviour change and then practical tips to actually put it into practice. The assignments were a great way to embed the learning.

Great course for the overall improvement of your life as a person. This is not going to help you improve your skills at work but it will definitely help you be more happy, positive, and stay away from depression.

A topic and course that should be offered to High School and/or college students, maybe even eight grade. I took the course as a senior (in 70s) and found valuable, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic crisis.
