This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

This course was a game changer in ways I never could have expected. I highly recommend it and particularly would like to see this kind of content and approach be brought into high schools as an antidote to everything kids are exposed to in high school and the resulting explosion in mental health challenges among teens, particularly girls.

During this time of uncertainty and confusion it was nice to focus on something positive. I have learned new techniques and ways to improve my well being and happiness throughout this process. At some point I will be working all of the rewirements into my life and looking forward to much happiness. Thank you for the opportunity to grow.

This course is very helpful to those wishing to explore what truly makes one happy. Hint: It is not what you think. The instructor is knowledgable, the class interaction is helpful, and the reading is enlightening. I can't think of a better time in which to investigate the source of well-being. This course will help you on your journey.

This course, when done thoroughly, is really valuable to help generate positive patterns in your life, which in turn improve well-being. It can also be helpful to understand the people in your life who may be stuck in negative patterns. It is the littlest of steps that can turn life in the positive direction, so keep taking those steps!

Course content was excellent and the presentations were both informative and interesting. Laurie Santos is a great instructor - her pace and content was very good, had the right amount of questions and quizes to verify that we were learning / meeting the objectives fo the course. I would definitely take more courses from Laurie Santos.

Such a brilliant and inspiring course! A very interesting, engaging and easy to digest compilation of scientific findings on how to be happier. It does not get any better than that! The lecturer is really welcoming and captivating. Definitely one of the strongest aspects. A real life hero in my opinion. So much gratitude for this course!

I like how the course was presented: first, the misconceptions, and then eventually, the things that will really make us happy. It was like relearning again the things and practices to make us truly happy. This was my first time in taking a course here and I am happy that I finished this without having to put too much pressure on myself.

I'm grateful that I took this course! This is a beginner course for those who are interested in psychology or those who want to explore within themselves. I committed to finish this course and learned a lot from it. It took on few hours per week but what I've learned here could be applied for a life time and further to share with others.

This course was very informative. I learned so much from the readings and enjoyed the videos. I believe that this course is extremely valuable during this time of great anxiety. It has given me great methods of lowering stress which has allowed me to increase my happiness when in the past, I would have been negative and feeling helpless!

I wish I had this kind of direction given to me when I was at uni! At this age, many of the topics covered were already familiar to me, but it's always good to get the reminders of the valuable things in life. This course is definitely life changing. Exploring what REALLY makes you happy and what does not, is a great exercise. Lifelong learning and changes that make your life better. In my opinion Professor Laurie Santos does a wonderful job with the videos. The materials are top notch. Take the course, it will change your life for the better!

Prof. Santos delivered excellent lectures based on scientific research. I specifically like the reference she collected and let us know from where the conclusion came. The video quality is good, and the rewirement sheet with tips is helpful. The lectures are very informative. It is an excellent class and worth savoring for a long time.

I have been under the assumption that happiness, being a dynamic quality, can never be measured as such, or quantified like a materialistic existence. But I changed my assumption after going through this particular course, where for every finding is substantiated with enough research data. Kudos to the professor as well as to her team.

This is a great course about the science behind what really leads to well-being compared to what we think is involved in that. Once you learn one does not actually contribute to well-being, you'll know what does and the second half of the course is about creating a new habit that will lead you toward more well-being. I really enjoyed this course. If you really want to try and find out more about the real meaning and purpose of life this is the course for you.
