This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

Through this course i learnt a variety of interesting concepts on wellbeing that researchers and psychologist have spent years uncovering but were presented in such an easy and succinct manner. Laurie is an amazing lecturer and her ability to have us reflect on concepts and make them practical was truly what i enjoyed the most.

Great class, Laurie is excellent. Super interesting, approachable and informative, Have already started to use so many techniques, both consciously and not. Highly recommend to this class. If you're on the fence, give it a try. Have learned so much myself and shared a lot with my friends and family. This is truly life changing.

I started the course with high expectations. All of them were fulfilled in excess.

This course is really had changed a lot of concepts in my mind...We need to think again about what is Well-being and Happiness to us...Just join and discover how you can happy and content with your life and do all that is required to pass this course.. then, you'll discover you can be happy, no matter what life you are living.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course and have seen the positive benefits in my life! It was hard to stick to at first and I had a break in between but since the course allowed me to re-set my deadlines I never felt guilty or bad about being behind. I now want to purchase the certificate as I feel really proud of my accomplishment.

Besides having excellent information, the course is laid our for practical application and putting to use tips and recommendations immediately . Building that part into the course makes it especially meaningful. Doing the assignments causes the information to be remembered, but more importantly the beginning of healthy habits.

Great course. It changes your mindset on what happiness is all about. Attributes like kindness, gratitude, social connections etc all contribute to your well-being and increases the happiness index. This stay-at-home opportunity has certainly helped me learn a new skill and would recommend this course to my friends and family.

I loved this class. It reminded me of the fact that "things" don't make us happy. It is the experiences it life which we treasure of the years. Looking back I think about so may shared experiences that make me smile. Interesting that when I think of buying things, that doesn't make me smile. Thank you for reminding me of this.

I sincerely enjoyed this class! At first, I didn't believe what was being said (i.e. more money doesn't equal happiness, brand new mansion wouldn't make you happy, etc.), but about halfway thru the course, it all started to make sense. Sublime is how I would describe this course. It's definitely on par with Learning How to Learn in terms of quality as a MOOC, and worth taking. Surely, your life won't change magically, but if you stick to what you learn from here, I believe the benefits will compound over time and help you become more content with yourself.

Also I feel the professor should write a unique kind of book that includes the background of the course (her story), life at Yale and students, the stories of the other resource people, the course itself and journal. to be sold globally,

I enjoyed the course immensely. It taught me to look at what actually makes a person happy as opposed to what we think will make us happy. The ideas behind WOOP can work in a variety of ways and I believe that this course gave me helpful tools to cope with the stresses of life. Kudos to Dr. Laura Santos for a job well done

This is such a wonderful course! The instructor is so engaging and shares a lot of data on positive psychology. I found myself taking notes pretty vigorously as there were so many interesting pieces. It's very practical and helps you to build some really wonderful habits in your daily life. I would highly recommend taking it.
