This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

This course was quite impressive. It was one of the courses you feel lucky to took. Professor Laurie played a big role in that. I really loved how she lectured and it kept me interested in the classes. Resources were also very useful as well. Thanks everyone who played a role in bringing this course together and on coursera!

This was such a great course and came at just the right time, in the middle of a pandemic. I needed to look at my overall well being and this course hit the nail on the head. Laurie Santos is a detailed and honest Professor and she kept me engaged the entire time. I looked forward to what we were going to discover each week.

Having free time, due to the COVID 19 pandemic, one of the best decisions was to take The Science of Well-Being course. I learned useful and effective strategies to improve my decisions and live happily in the daily struggle. I am very grateful for the course and especially to Laurie Santos for her lectures and explanations.

A great choice to start within Coursera catalog courses! Perfect, challenging teacher and many to learn for the whole life. You will use this knowledge for long and discuss it with your beloved ones! I have so much energy to start a new approach to my Life. It was a good piece of psychology for newbies. Embrace it, everyone.

I liked the course because I learned things I did not know about myself and human nature in general. The discussion is backed up by a lot of studies and it is quite interesting. But as we learned, knowing is not half the battle. Practice is what make the changes permanent. It was a fun course with a great teacher. Thank you!

You will love everything about this course! It's mentally stimulating, has a fantastic presenter (a professor of psychology at Yale), and is all round great. I couldn't wait to move on each of the next sections in the course.

I would love to see a longer version of the same or a similar course, made available online as well.

For my first Coursera course, I have only gone through Week 1 and I absolutely love this. The freedom to be able to work whenever and wherever, but also have structure and a home base to get back to, is refreshing. I enjoy having access to go back to school while working a full-time job and expanding the wealth of knowledge!

The course is easy to follow and clear with all its goals in each stage. I had a great joy enrolling in this course and all the knowledge here can be applied in every area of our lives. This course is so good!! I love the teaching of professor Santo. The knowledge in this class is a must have if you want to be happier and get closer to the well-being of life. The Q&A section in each week is so valuable that it answer lots of my questions. It also reflect that yale's student always ask some great questions.

My CEO suggested this course to our team during lock down. We all did it at our own pace and came together and shared on a group email. We are using what we learned and the class provided us with tools we will implement with our guests, members and prospects. We also learned about each other and have bonded and are closer.

I strongly recommend the course. You learn about how gratitude, meditation, savoring work on your brain. You will be surprised by the effects of these behaviors on your emotional well being. You will see facts, statistics, numbers, and explanations about how important is to make an intentional effort to build our happiness.

Amazing course! Easy to follow and gives plenty of time to practice what it preaches. Not all that I learnt here was new to me, but somehow doing it in this structured way and really committing to incorporating these methods into my everyday life made a huge difference. Amazing and positive course. It gave me a different perspective on happiness and the research done to support everything about and around our happiness. We often take life and people around us for granted and forget how to be and stay happy. I'd be glad to take part in more projects from Yale University and by Dr. Santos.

I found the course quite enlightening. Laurie Santos was an excellent lecturer. The integration of video lectures, interactive talks with Yale students, and practical exercises brought the concepts to life. If i put in the honest effort to rewire, and made a concerted effort to alter my daily routine, things changed. This WORKS and has reminded me to take the time to savor life... it is the journey, indeed. This reminds us of the science behind how we travel the journey. Well worth the effort. Actually, I am really grateful and proud of doing the course. I feel grateful that I could have the opportunity to learn about a great topic from someone who has become an expert on it. I feel proud of myself for keeping going and finishing being a better person or at least a more conscious one than I was before doing it.
