This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

In general, a great course to do. Really makes you be a better person, the material of the course is quite good. Overall, is a fantastic course. I recommend it!! A hug to Dr. Laurie Santos that was a very good instructor and she is a person that inspire me so much. Thanks to Yale I am a better person and happier.

Excellent, engaging teacher with interesting materials. Helpful strategies to implement what we've learned to achieve the ultimate goal... happiness! The course teaches what, why and how, and is structured in such a way to ensure that the student puts practices into place to achieve a happier, healthier life.

I absolutely loved this course and everything we learned in it! During this global pandemic, this was a perfect class to help you focus on all the good things that are happening in life. You may think you know all the basics but then you take this course and see the actual science and data behind our behaviors and you fully understand what you need to do to change habits, focus on what's important in life and feel a stronger sense of well-being! Before it seems to me that this course is going to focus on the happiness and psychology stuffs only. Actually it gives actual and practical knowledge and success in daily life. When people are acting for their promotion and acting weird I remind myself of this course. However, I did not finish it up all courses.

What amazing courses. It teaches you different practices, and theories, which one can utilise in everyday life to increase your happiness! The course and lecturer are very engaging with several sources and materials and practical ways to help you increase your happiness and overall well-being! Really enjoyed it.

I completely recommend this course. It is an engaging course and I enjoyed it immensely. It made me think differently about myself and the way I see my life. This course teaches you how to help yourself feel better and happier and it also teaches you various valuable tools to do it. And the professor is amazing!

The course is important because you put into practice positive habits that will change your mindset -- as homework! Reading books by positive psychology experts doesn't necessarily change the way you live. I recommend this course. The lectures don't take long, and it really could change your life for the better.

I thought this was a very good course especially during the time we are living in with the pandemic. It helps you understand what happiness really mean and that what you think makes you happy like material things is not so. It's a good course to get introduced to the psychology of your well-being or being happy.

The best thing about this class is that it teaches/ encourages you to implement these behaviors into your daily life so that change can actually happen. It held me accountable for doing the things that are scientifically proven to make you happier. Taking this course during the pandemic made it 10x more useful.

This course gives excellent information on the things that we all seem to think make us happy, but actually don't. It then gives you the things that will actually make you happy, along with the data to back it up. Overall, I think this course is an excellent way to give you the tools to increase your happiness.

The Science of Wellness was a course that surprised me greatly. Besides teaching me, I learned to put into practice what I learned, improving my life in one way or another.

Great content what we should all learn at an early stage of our life. Some of the things should be taught at primary school or high-school. So everyone who digs deeper and learns these things even as adults, will understand we really don't need that much to be happier. We can practice being happy here and now.
