This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

This course provides you will all the necessary tools to rewire yourself in order to move forward. From broad insight to elaborated skillsets, it taught me ways of reframing my mindset as much as understanding the science behind why certain things happen. This has been an excellent course, with great videos backed up with written information and practical exercises. What is brilliant about this course is not so much the content (which is top notch anyway) but the fact that all of these scientific findings are all gathered together and cohesively presented in one place . . . it is all common sense but it is amazing how easily we forget to follow that common sense.

Extremely insightful and life changing. I loved this course! I wasn't sure I would really be happier at the end of the course, but I was! I loved that it was really based on science and research. I am analytical and needed to have the facts to back up the reason to meditate, etc. I would and have recommended it to anyone who will listen.

The clips are super easy to digest and entertaining to watch, and it gives you practical applications and assignments since before you have started with the first lecture. 100% recommended. I thought the evidence presented in this class was compelling. I loved the structure. The 10 weeks at the outset was a little intimidating but the last 4 weeks are spent practicing a new 'rewiring' so it really allowed time for practicing a new habit. Wonderful class for all ages. Thank you!!!
