This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

It has been a wonderful, engaging and learning experience. This course has helped me a lot in beng present and think and act productively with the implementation of many strategies which are discussed in this course. If you find this course, by any chance, start without giving a second thought.

This course was excellent and exceeded my expectations.  It was presented in a thoughtful, clear, and effective manner, chock full of eye-opening, empirical data about the workings of our mind.  The seeker, scientist, and savant in all of us, could benefit from this course.  Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful and very practical course that motivates us to build new habits to increase our sense of well-being.

It is plenty of scientific references that shows we can be responsable for our own satisfaction in many fiels of our life.

I wanted to understand happiness and the way to get there. Now I know I was looking for it in the wrong places and I understand now that it's a journey, not a destination. This course helped me get a better understanding of how to improve my general well-being and why! Recommend it to everyone!

This course was not only helpful in gaining understanding with regards to the science of well being, but it was so practical in applying what was learned in everyday life to actually make changes. I would recommend this course for anyone who wants to positively affect their overall well being!

This is a great course to learn about things (based on real Science) you could do to improve your well-being and live a happy life. Instructor is very engaging! The course is simple and easy to listen to, so this is something you can complete during breakfast or coffee breaks. I learned a lot!

I learned so many things from this course. Things that were in plain sight that you didn't realize they're so important; and also further indicated by science. All the additional videos outside of the class were also so entertaining and educational. Im glad I took this course. Thank you all.

Exactly what a good course should look like. First, we got information basis, which really satisfied me for I am that kind of person who wants scholar background, and the, we were about to experiment with what we'd learned on ourselves.

Plus, the humbleness of the lecturer is a remarkable thing.

This course could not have occurred at a more appropriate time. Self isolation can cause so many negative emotions. Concentrating on well being was a welcomed experience. The professor and the course materials were engaging and interesting. I have recommended this course to several friends

The course actually taught what a true well being is and where it lies in our lives and how our expectations in life are so overly exaggerated and how we can try and bring them to what real life has to offer.

This is the most inspirational class that I’ve ever taken. I have learned that although the world may not be seen as it really is, through mindfulness meditation and living out of my comfort zone the world is much more beautiful than I ever deemed possible. Please take this class it’s sublime!

This course was really a great step to improving your wellbeing. Very informational. But of course, in order to get the full experience, you will really have to participate in the rewirements and be willing to commit to changing habits to improve your personal happiness. Overall, great course!

Muy interesante saber lo que la ciencia tiene que decir acerca de la felicidad. La felicidad no es sencilla de alcanzar, pero sí se puede trabajar cada día para conseguirla. El curso te brinda herramientas para lograrlo y sobre todo entenderlo.

This is a wonderful course to learn about the science of well-being. I found it interesting to learn the things that we think will make us happier, but do not. Everyone should take this course. There is not a lot of work and it would be easy for people (even extremely busy people) to complete.

This is an excellent course. The professor explains psychological concepts well, and I have been able to directly apply these concepts to my own life. The rewirement assignment at the end was beneficial to put theory into practice and to demonstrate that increasing your well-being is feasible.
