This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

This course is amazing!! Very easy to follow, pedagogical and the content is super relevant. As a PhD student studying well-being, it was great to have this review and to see how the scientific litterature can be used to improve our day to day well-being. Thank you for this great course!!

Specific and practical well-being ideas are presented clearly and concisely with reference to specific research studies. Prof Santos is an engaging lecturer and her learning materials are thoughtfully put together. I highly recommend this course for those new to the science of well-being.

Excellent course. The instructor is very engaging and very knowledgable but also very down to earth and real life. The course is very well grounded in scientific research and has a lot of practical tips to make real life changes and to maintain those changes. Highly recommend this course.

Great course that show you different ways to look at happiness -based on scientific research- also does give you great tools that you can start using in your life right away to be happier and more satisfied. It does teach you to be disciplined and be committed. Practice and all is coming.

This course was a perfect addition to my Health and Life Coach Certification program. I was able to apply the science, psychology and behavior aspects of the human brain to my practice and my everyday life. As a result my family noticed my mindset shift and better mood and energy levels.

I loved this course! I am working on healing after the death of my husband, and we are in the middle of a pandemic, protests and violent demonstrations. It was a great time to do this! The course did increase my happiness score dramatically. I'm feeling my energy, and joy in my life.

Amazing course to gain awareness about what happiness/well-being is and what helps to increase it and what actually doesn't help :) The course gave me a whole new perspective on well-being which helped me, my boyfriend, and my mother to boost our overall well-being.

Both practical and quickening. The Science of Well-Being begins with clear analyses on how the brain and the culture work against happiness. This is followed with clear guidance for rewiring. By the end of course, a student knows both the theory and practice of well-being and happiness.
