This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

This course is truly an eye-opening experience. No matter what level of understanding you have of psychology, I believe you will get something from this. I have recommended this course to plenty of my friends not only in the corporate world but in the entertainment industry as well.

This course should be a requirement in high school health classes, in fact - I wish I had the opportunity to leverage many of these insights, yearsssssssss ago. Kudos to the Professor for proactively creating this course - AND making it engaging, informative, and impactful. Bravo!!!

It was a good experience. There is a lot that you hear or read from time to time in your every day life, but participating in a course like this actually put things in perspective and helps you to engage in activities to make little life improvements that in the end are a big deal.

This course CHANGED MY LIFE. It has questioned what we have been taught to think makes us happy and it teaches you what really does. But more than all of that, it helps you put practices in place that truly do make you happier. This course is probably the best decision I ever made.

I enjoyed with the course and learned so much. I wasn't aware of many things about well-being and I'm glad I took the course and listen Prof Santos. She is sending positive vibes while talking/teaching and always smiling, which makes you feel happy. I strongly recommend the course.

The course has been really effective! It is well designed and structured with an excellent engaging lecturer. I really enjoyed the 4-week rewirement challenge and it was such a nice feeling to actually feel better and happier progressively in the journey. A big thank you to Laurie!

What a perfect time to have had this course, during COVID19. I really needed this to keep me engaged and to have a purpose while stuck at home. Even if I wasn't home, seeing things from that perspective really helped to make me APPRECIATE the things in my life more and WANT less.

This course is one of the best courses I have ever taken in my career. This course should be a requirement for every individual. If we could all reflect gratitude, social connection, meditation, and the other tools, this world would be a better place with less violence and greed.

This was such a wonderful course. When I came into it I was not in a good place. Greif is so hard. I feel like I am doing better and am able to look forward to things again. I was able to finally let go of some things and say some things that needed to be said. Thank you for this.

The Science of Well-Being offers valuable information about happiness and the misconceptions we have with regard to our well-being. The rewirement challenge was an interesting way to help students form new and improved mental constructs in hopes of a more positive and happy life.

Now the work begins by putting the work and tools discovered in the last ten weeks of accomplishing the real meaning of a 'Well-Being Life' as demonstrated by Professor Santos.

The lectures were the highlight of the course and hearing from various authories on the subject matter.

The Science of Well-Being was a really great class. I was able to work on it on my own, flexible time-table and the lessons involved are very real and impact our lives. This class taught me some invaluable lessons that I have incorporated into my daily life in the last 10 weeks.

Laurie really left me with some great tips on how to improve my well-being. Even after the class, I started implementing things such as the gratitude journal and savoring things so I really enjoyed this class. I recommend everyone take this class no matter if you are happy or not.

Course helped me re-examine my life. Re-evaluate what I thought I had to have into needs and wants. I've been trying to want less, need less, in essence Marie Kondo my life, my house etc. This course helped kickstart that process. I was overwhelmed and hadn't known where to begin.

Superb design. Stimulating lectures and smartly-built modules that follow a strong, compelling development. The exercises are all valuable and rewarding. The instructor is charismatic and endearing. The ancillary app for tracking progress with "homework" challenges is very useful.
