This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

My experience with this course was absolutely fantastic! I truly enjoyed both the lectures and the rewirement challenge. I focused on exercise but now I want to try out gratitude and see how that might affect my happiness as well. Do yourself a favor and TAKE THIS COURSE!!!! :)

Really loved this course! I started it in January 2020 and had no idea that two months later, the pandemic would hit! It was perfect to finallyl complete the course in July after a few stalls. Great content to apply to your life. Would highly recommend the course to anyone!

I could no be happier that I took this class. It is excellent. Well put together and gives solid techniques to use to bring yourself into a better state of mind. Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic, I am so glad I was able to concentrate and really work on the class.

I loved this course. I had listened to The Happiness Lab podcast and was delighted to be able to experience the course for myself. Going through the actual course helped me understand the concepts in greater detail and to for effective rewirements to improve my own happiness.

This course was beautifully done. I learned so much more than I expected to. The lectures were very interesting and kept to a length that was easily digested. This course became my bright spot during this pandemic lock down. Thank you to Laurie Santos for making this available.

I heard about this course in the radio while I was driving to work, one of the host was talking about trying this course, it caught my attention and as soon as I got to work I looked it up and signed up. I think it has been one of the most rewarding choices I had made. Love it!

Fantastic way to start asking yourself the right questions, and allowing your mindset to focus on what you truly want rather than allowing external factors guide your decisions. Great techniques to practice which reinforce your habits. Definitely worth the time to invest in.
