This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

I'm still working on it but I can say it is a fantastic course! The course presents so many references to explain all the context and give us tips on how to improve our well-being with different techniques and rewirements. I intend to study it again cause it is worth it!!

The course was engaging, the activities are meaningful and engages the learner in a great deal of self-reflection. I think it helped me to understand that I keep moving the "happiness" goalpost, it is alway just out of reach. The professor is terrific, very easy going.

Informational and thought-provoking class. Well-being is an important aspect of living a happy life. This course offers the skills and habits that are needed to understand the drivers of happiness and how to make them a consistent part of your life. Highly recommend it!

I would recommend this course to anybody regardless of their age, profession or life situation. In 10 weeks, you not only learn about your biases and misconceptions about happiness, but you also learn how to form new habits, and you get the tools to stick to your plans.
