This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

This really gave me a different perspective on how to live my life, and a new way of looking at it, in a more of a glass half full/optimistic outlook. My happiness increased and I learned some valuable life strategies that I hope to utilize every day going forward.

Professor provides a logical, step wise and practical approach. The idea of WOOP is a helpful tool. Understanding re-wirements and discerning what actually contributes to a human's well being is essential to being more well and was exemplified and useful. Thank-you.

Great insght into the scienctific concepts and latest research into wellbeing, practical tips on how to improve your wellbeing.. take away message from the course; habit/beahviour change is possible but it requires work, commitment and lots of practice! Thank you!

The professor is very engaging, and the course is very focused on your activity vs. loads of lectures. She delivers the information in a very succinct and relatable way, anyone can understand and make the connections between doing this work and having a happy life.

This is the best course if you want to increase your overall happiness. You are going to do an happines test at the start and at the end of the course. I personally went from 6.06 to 7.1 wich is a really big change in only 2 and a half months. This is life-changing

Such a great course to learn about well-being of course, but being able to understand the science and the nature behind the happiness is truly a bigger blessing. makes everything easier to understand with a full background knowledge. scientifically and spiritually.

This course could not have come at a better time in my life. I thought everything around me and my attitude was negative. Happiness can be a chore, but it is something to be worked on everyday, until little by little, without even knowing, you are feeling better.

This course should be provided in High School. Very effective.

I believe most don't really think about their daily actions. This drives people to start thinking how to be more aware and in turn to become more happy with their own lives and also the lives of others.

I really enjoyed the content. I do a lot of this with my PE students in HS but it was nice for me to practice what I preach. The timing of this course was also great as it distracted me from the negative and got me very focused on the positive. Thank you Laurie!

This course is an amazing introdution to the science of well-being. As someone with high self-deman, this course helped me to be more in touch with the things that really matter and to understand why these things matter. Oh, and Dr. Laurie is an incredible teacher!

I loved this course! It gave my insight to a lot of different techniques to improve happiness and let me know that some things ( material items) weren't going to improve my happiness long term. If I could forget everything and retake the course, I definitely would!

This course came at the right time in my life, considering I started this at the beginning of the COVID lockdown. It was easy to follow and provided examples that were relevant. I appreciated the research aspect of the program and how it related to the rewirements.

Great class! I learned so much and have strategies for future improvements!

For the questionnaire the education level question isn't expansive enough and even though I have certifications I don't have a bachelors degree ect. Not all education is university classes.

I really enjoyed this course and I felt that it moved me forward in such a good way. I’m very grateful that I participated in it. The only criticism I have is that better editing could edit out the constant filler words. It was a bit annoying, i.e. “like” “sort of”
