This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

This course was very informative and eyeopening. The material was fun and easy to digest and never felt like work. I was excited to complete each week and feel I retained the knowledge very easily. I would HIGHLY recommend this course to my friends and family.

An excellent push back on the right track of so many practices that I have had and lost over time. Seeing the science behind these practices as well as seeing my first hand increases in happiness really reinforced these practices as priorities in my daily life

Laurie is a wonderful professor, this entire COURSE is wonderful, and I highly recommend to any and everyone! I improved my happiness by almost a point and half, and I am more content than ever, which is especially reassuring during trying times such as these.

I enjoyed taking this class. It helped me begin a daily meditation practice and provided me with the tools I needed to succeed with this goal. It was a very beneficial class to and it gave me something else to focus on during this time of being more isolated.

This course has been wonderful. I have learned so much about being happy and what truly works. My mood and level of happiness has greatly improved. This course is great for all ages. I think they should make this a required course in middle or high school.

I absolutely loved this course! I have already read a lot of books around hapiness and well-being. This course however brought me even more concrete theory around how our brain works and how to rewire. I keep on referring to it in my various interactions.

this class was excellent. I was surprised to find out that I am already doing most of the healthy practices for a "good life". I completed an MBA online and the organization of this class through coursera was ten fold better than the MBA program I completed.
