I'm glad I took this course. The instructor is warm, upbeat and very clear. The materials are very informative and helpful. I gained more understanding of cleaning data as well as built my SQL skills.

Probably one of the more technical courses of the program developing your technical skill set and actually preparing you to become a data analyst by introducing more hands-on Excel and SQL exercises.

It was a fundamental and intense course, but the only disadvantage is an endless try to login into Google Cloud Platform for the sake of using SQL, which usually kicks you out due to some limitations, etc.

I learned about the importance of cleaning the data in order to carry out proper analysis and conclusions. Also about the importance of preparing my resume and clearly expressing my skills and knowledge.

Very informative and practical. It's a bit harder than the previous, but with the bite-size approach, it is less intimidating. The teaching method by Googlers is less dry than most academics at Coursera.

Awesome couse, explanations were very clear and concise and all the readings weren't loaded with unnecessary information. To make this a 5 star course I would add more SQL excercises for cleaning data.

Sally is the best instructor in this course so far. The content itself started of great but I feel it didn't cover enough data cleaning techniques in the second half of the course. Still recommend!

It is better to use more hands-on exercises. Some of the obvious topics repeat itself several times such as removing the duplicates. Some of the multiple choice questions have vague answers.

The SQL and data cleaning exercises were fun, but I think the resume building was brought in prematurely. Those topics would be more informative and relevant nearer to the end of the course.

Explications are clear but i think there is a lake of practice about cleaning a dataset. It would be better for learner like use to have more of this kind of complete exercices to complete.

This course was ok but 2 of the last weeks were job interviews and writing resumes. Which don’t belong here. It should have been an optional mini course if you complete the certification.

Some times very repetitive , and some examples are not so clear , it would be better to have just one big example , so as we progress we start to understand the full picture of the data.

4 stars because there are consistently errors in the weekly challenges and quizzes that make the learning process frustrating, and I lose a bit of confidence in the course as a whole.

Does not go deep. The main takeaway should be that they're showing you the tools you need to start your DA/DS/DE journey, but you need a lot more practice to master each tool.

This was probably one of the more difficult sessions. You really must pay attention to every detail and really go over the exercises to make sure you understand the material.

Some of the module videos need to be updated. A few links could not be accessed, there were a few pop up windows correcting updated information that did not match my screen.

Could use a little more practice on the Spreadsheet and a little more explnation on the SQL functions. But apart from that it was good, much better than the previous course

Quite interesting, especially the SQL/ BogQuery part. But for a university undergraduate who had informatics and programming within their degree might be a bit too easy.

Would be helpful in the examples to have a split screen showing what the SQL queries are referring to, saving the mental note every time an explanation is happening

I had a good experience with the course and liked the hands-on activities and tutorials, the only problem I faced was using BigQuery because I did not have a card.

I loved the in depth knowledge of using especially SQL to clean data. I learned a lot. I didn't like or even study the week 5 content on resumes, it was abit off.

Explanation/examples of Nested Queries could have been made simpler and easier to understand. I had to go to youtube to get a clearer picture of how they worked.

I like the course but it is really unorganized!

Loretta Your course is crazy I did 6 courses and only received credit for 3. your program really has no format.

Huge learning curve for me as I went through all! Now I find the importance of keeping track of or documenting information as very valuable skill to have.
