Muy buen curso, enfocado a una primera toma de contacto en la metodologia Agile. Sin embargo, tambien profundiza en algunos conceptos importantes, por lo que no se queda para nada corto de nformacion.

My favorite course of the Certificate Program by a mile. I enjoyed learning from such a great instructor and true Google "Agilest", who provided many real-life project examples and useful tips. Kudos.

I recently completed the Agile Project Management course certification offered by Google on Coursera and found it to be a comprehensive and valuable learning experience.

The course material was well-structured, easy to follow, and delivered by knowledgeable instructors who were passionate about the subject matter. The interactive activities and quizzes helped reinforce my understanding of the concepts and allowed me to apply them in a practical setting.

The course covered all the essential aspects of Agile Project Management, from the basics of Agile methodology to advanced techniques for managing complex projects. The real-world examples and case studies presented were particularly helpful in illustrating how Agile can be applied in different scenarios and industries.

One of the things I appreciated most about the course was the focus on collaboration and teamwork. The instructors emphasized the importance of communication and working together to achieve project goals, which is a key tenet of Agile methodology.

Overall, I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to learn about Agile Project Management. It was a valuable investment of my time and has already had a positive impact on my work.

The course is meticulously structured, covering essential concepts such as Scrum roles, events, and artifacts in a clear and concise manner. The engaging video lectures, paired with real-world case studies, significantly enhanced my grasp of Agile practices. I particularly valued the interactive quizzes and hands-on projects that facilitated practical application of the concepts learned. The instructors demonstrated deep expertise and provided insightful perspectives on implementing Agile principles across various organizational contexts. Overall, I highly recommend this course to professionals seeking to refine their project management skills and adopt Agile methodologies effectively. It serves as a robust foundation for anyone looking to thrive in a dynamic project environment.

Overall the whole PM certificate track was nice so far, no doubt. Thank you Google for sharing your knowledge for such a fair price. But what bothered me a bit, and this might refer to all Coursera courses, is that by the time the reading gets really difficult. I don't mean the content. It's more the font and layout. It becomes really heavy for the eyes. When opening a link provided in the reading, which leads to an article on a website, sometimes it feels like my eyes are re-adjusting. I don't know if the font is the problem or reading everything with the same font. Try to switch fonts inbetween readings or maybe just the layout, color, whatever. I know this means a lot of work, but I can imagine it increases the reading experience very much. Just a tip from my side. I hope I am not the only one having these issues :D Let me know if you need a tester ;) Thomas

Between 3 and 4, but let it be closer to 4.

Very bad: at the beginning, the speaker tells about empiricism as one of the main ideas of Agile, and at the end of the course, as HR she expects anything but empiricism during an interview.

Bad: fancy words with vague explanations and abstract meanings, especially related to value and influencing + continuous sending to others' websites and materials

Meh: literally zero extensive examples of Scrum in anything but software and marketing/sales

Good: the course seems viable for any future Scrum Master in software and marketing/sales

Great: gives some tasty food for thought on what aspects of Agile can be implemented in non-Agile environment, and to what extent

It is a good course to get the fundamentals of agile. Well paced and easy to follow.

Evaluations quizzes rely too much on regurgitating the exact sentences used on videos though, instead of taking a broad approach to know if students grasped te meaning, instead of phrasing. Peer evaluation is also flawed too. The evaluation criteria are very clear and I did meet them all, but I was still wrongly evaluated by a peer that was rushing by and didn't stop to note that my assignment was different from his.

There's also some Asana advertising disguised as lessons that I found really annoying.

Apart from that, it is a good course.

I found the content in this section to be very insightful. It provided a wealth of information on incorporating Agile frameworks into my personal and professional life. I particularly appreciated the detailed breakdown of various Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.) and the consistent emphasis throughout the modules that these frameworks are merely outlines. The last module's warning against scaling up without a solid understanding of Agile was particularly viable. However, I do wish the lesson on the 6 sources of influence had been more in-depth.

The Peer review system needs to be improved, it takes alot of time for someone to review your assignement and you have to wait around for your certificate. Otherwise the course is really well designed and the materials are simple and easy to digest. For someone new to agile this would be a great start as the course takes you through each and every phase of scrum and tools that are common in this field. The course really does prepare you with the knowledge you can put into practice if you wish to shift to an agile way of doing things.

The quality of the product was very good and the instructor was very good. However, I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars as the course itself felt way too long -- particularly Week 3, that was an insane amount of work. I think that those who want to be Agile Project Managers would take more intense, agile specific courses -- I really felt this course should have not been so indepth. Given that I have completed Scrum Master Certification, I didn't find the course hard, but I found it to be way too long for someone seeking PM certification.

Very instructive for me because I've never heard of Agile before. The course is very instructive and covers alot, too much all at once at times. The sections on Agile seemed to take on a life of its own, compeletly separate from Project Management which made it difficult to follow and see how Agile relates to project management. I think if the Agile information was presented with repeated "and this is how it works in project management generally" I would have followed and understood the material quicker and more easily.

This course was extremely good, and the Instructor was an absolute pro through and through. My only gripe with the course was that the information was presented at such a pace where I found myself having to pause, and re-wind every minute or so just to make sure I got all of my information. The instructor spoke so fast I felt like I was learning in 2x speed! This course is fantastic nonetheless and provided me with a load of helpful information on my journey through widening my knowledge of Project Management.

I did enjoy doing Course 5 - Agile Project Management - and have learned an awful lot. Can't help feeling that it was somewhat rushed in the sense that I completed it within a week. I did go over every single piece of content, graded and ungraded quizzes/assignments, read, viewed, reviewed, and completed all there was to do. Many hours of work piled up each day and I remain impressed by how well-structured Course 5 as indeed the entire program. Thank you to the instructors.

Agile Project Management is great for projects needing flexibility and quick adjustments. Its focus on iteration, team collaboration, and customer feedback often results in higher quality and satisfaction. However, it’s not without challenges—success depends on the team’s commitment to regular updates and adaptive planning. Without these, Agile can become chaotic and misaligned. Overall, it’s a powerful approach if your team is ready to fully embrace its practices.

I really enjoyed this course. I learned an enormous amount of information and I hope I can use this information to change my career. I will recommend this course to friends and family. However, I was NOT able to access or view my certificate or move to the last course which is the capstone course. There was an error message that said down for maintenance. Hope it comes up soon so I can view and access the certificate and complete the capstone course.

Learning from Google experts on the job was an exciting experience. It highlights the difference between theoretical learning and practical application, making the process more engaging and relevant to real-world situations. Adding captions to the videos would be a great advantage though, as it would enhance the learning experience even further. I'd recommend this educational content to upcoming and on-the-job project managers. Cheers!

Very usefull material to update ones knowledge and skills. The tutors in the videos were very clear and understandable in their tutoring. The excersises were spot on and tips (& tops) are like an extra for the practioner. Can't wait to find out, what courses there are to level up my skills. For now, my sincere thanks to the instructors, tutors, mentors (and all the knowledge sharing gurus) at Coursera.

It gave me a look at what Agile entails and the resources and information about the job hunting process was much appriciated. HOWEVER, for someone such as myself who actually took notes the entire program and has a pretty demanding schedule I do feel like they should have broken the courses down even further instead of packing it into 4 weeks. Other than that this course was a great course overall!

That last section was a doozy and really not great if you're not already working in an job with practical applications, but overall, there was some good content in here. The quizzes and content are pretty good, and linking to other resources like youtube, agilemanifesto, scrumguides.org, and others makes it better.
