You will engage in evaluating through examples and hands-on practice examining business immediate forces shaping markets including competitors, suppliers, buyers, threats of new businesses entering the segment, and substitute products. You will be ready to take an entrepreneurial idea through a scientific and logical process, helping you validate your ideas for new business or service. This Course furthers the knowledge and skills acquired during "Analyzing Macro-Environmental Factors Using Creately", and is important step in engineering a successful product or service.

Understand strategic business Market Attractiveness and Utilize Porter's 5 Forces analysis to evaluate ease of entry to business sectors.
Determine the Power of Suppliers in the specific business/service sector and analyse it effectively with a hands-on example.
Define the Bargaining Power of Buyers in the specific business/service sector and analyse a hands-on example using the 5 forces model.
Evaluate the Threat of New Entrants in the specific business/service sector and classify it effectively.
Define and classify the Competitive Rivalry in determining market attractiveness, and practise analysing them.
Bring it all together to understand and assess the threat and opportunities levels in the sector and learn how to objectively classify them.
