I hate the Interface, I would not able to view the text either in the cloud space nor in the video. It is better if you can add a feature where it can expands and fits to the screen.

Very enlightening! Easy to follow and to the point. I love how the instructor uses a real business case to help the student map out a gap analysis live in Miro. Very interactive.

I gained so much from this guided project. The only con I have is they need to take into account those of us that have never used a tool like MIRO and add more time to complete the project. Other than that, this added value to what I've already learned thus far.

Thank you so much for your efforts but I'm not a bit disappointed. – The project did not meet expectations, possibly due to high anticipation. – It focused too much on learning Miro, rather than conducting proper gap analysis. – The provided document is not commonly shared with project managers in all organizations, and we had to create it ourselves. – Key tasks and concepts were read and explained but not practically done. – I expected a more practical approach, with a clear breakdown of AS IS (above and below the surface) and TO BE, but these were pre-populated (You could have use highlighting tool from the start for each point). – Explaining the placement of each item from the PDF and how to evaluate it would have improved the experience. As the PDF was the most important part of this complete discussion. 1. The project’s order should be revised. 2. All tasks should be in a single PDF with a separate tab, as using it Miro is distracting and a bit cluttering the screen too. 3. Ensure concise and clear points, as many tools similar to Miro exist, but few courses teach proper gap analysis. Also while mentioning try to explain who is this course for because I get it you are trying to digitalize the process of Gap analysis but as a beginner I don't know how to do the Gap analysis at the first place. Honestly this needs to be a bit more organized project.
