فى نهاية المشروع ده هتقدر تنشئ جداول زمنيه بسيطه او معقده بطريقة سهلة و سريعة باستخدام Microsoft Excel. خلال المشروع هتقدر تنسق المخططات والبيانات بتاعتنا علي حسب تلبيه احتاجتنا وتقديمها باحسن مظهر وكمان هنعرف نعمل الجدول الزمني للمشروع من ملف تفصيل المشروع وده هيساعد في اتخاذ قرارات عمل جيده .هنقدر نحمل البيانات على one drive. و نعمل تنسيق للعنوان و نعمل timesheet او سجل دوام للموظفين من خلال تفاصيل للمشروع. هنقدر كمان نعمل تنسيق لجدول الرسم البيانى و هتقدر تعمل مشاركة لاى ملف مع الموظفين و نضع رابط و hyper link فى الملف. و اخيرا هتقدر تنسق الرسم البياني ووضعه فى ال presentation. Microsoft excel مفيد جدا لحساب البيانات. ببساطة نكتب الارقام و بنستخدم الوظائف و المعادلات بطريقة صحيحة. و ال excel هيعمل الحساب اوتوماتيكيا و تقدر تنسق البيانات بالطريقة الاسهل لعينيك او بالتنسيق الشرطى.
